Where you can find more then just Thoroughbreds.
We are located outside of beautiful Lander, Wyoming. Our ranch not only is the home to Gabriel's Reef our Thoroughbred stallion, DD LenaSpottedGator also calls T.C. Thoroughbred Farm home, he is our reining & cutting bred stallion.
To go along with these great stallions we run an outstanding diverse herd of mares that are bred for reining, cutting, halter, dressage, jumping and racing. With this great combination we are producing quality bred performance foals, that the average horse owner can afford. We believe that we will have something for everyone here at T.C. Thoroughbred Farm.
Our farms location is defiantly off the beaten path, located far from any city or town buzz. But that allows for gorgeous views and outstanding riding trails. The farms horse operation is run by the youngest child Jolene, who went to College for Equine Studies. Obtaining 3 degrees, One in Equine Management, Another in Equine Science, she is also a Certified Trainer and Riding Instructor. Jolene has experience in multiple disciplines both Western and English. Having been even employed by the Girl Scouts of Wyoming as there Camp Riding Director. She was responsible for every aspect from Learning horse safety, horses care and Horse Knowledge for small and lager groups of children. Not only does she enjoy teaching kids about horses, she believe you are never to old to learn something new. So if you are looking for lessons or to get a horse trained T.C. Thoroughbred Farm is here to help.
The Farm offers horses for sale year round, so check back often!!! We are also offering package deals on OUR sale horses, check out the "Package Deal" page to see what horses are being offered Now!!. Just let us know if you were looking at different horses for a package deal and we can get a personal package deal setup, the best we can. Are you a 4-H or FFA member wanting to purchase a future show prospect, just let us know, Horses make great SAE projects. WHAT'S NEW ON THE FARM???
T.C. Thoroughbred Farm is Proud to introduce our "SECOND CHANCES" PROGRAM. Horses listed on this page, had uncertain futures before we got them. They are quality horses that were hand picked to be in this program. Horses are picked on a basis of placement. We try to only bring in horses that have a high percentage of finding a new homes. We travel all over looking at potentail horses for the program. We get everything from auction bound, abandoned and mis-treated animals. All horses brought in the program have been kept by T.C. Thoroughbred Farm for no less than a couple weeks, and are tested to see future use and abilities. We get a history on most horses but not everything is in Truth, so we test to make sure the horses will be suitable for placement into new loving homes. All horses in the program are wormed, vet checked, and vaccinated. Horses offered in the program are sold at the price of what our farm has put into them, in the time we have had them(cost, care, feed, vetting, etc.) we are not in the busniess of trying to get rich off selling these horses, all horse are sold as advertised (as-is, you know what we know) and we just want perfectly good horses to find great loving homes. Mission:
T.C. Thoroughbred Farms wants the public to be able to breed their mare(s) at an affordable price, but still get a great pedigree and disposition, without breaking the bank. Our farm also sells quality prospects, or good riding horses at an affordable price too, you don't have to be a millionaire to own a great horse.
